| Bills that are not paid in full by the 15th calendar day of the month are past due and will be charged the applicable service fees to the account and be subject to disconnection. |

KCWSC is a member-owned corporation. The minimum monthly charge of $31 is the membership fee, which includes the first 1,000 gallons of usage. The monthly minimum is not optional and is required to maintain one's active membership in the corporation. KCWSC does have Seasonal Disconnect policies that can suspend service while maintaining your membership. Contact KCWSC for additional details if you are considering having your service disconnected to eliminate the monthly billing.
Our community's water meters are read each month on the 20th (+/- 2 days due to holidays and weekends). Bills are mailed out the 21st - 28th and aredue the 15th of each month. Please contact the office if you do not receive your bill. You are responsible for prompt payment. ** UPDATE: KCWSC now offers the online payment free of Payclix service fees! **
