KCWSC holds its annual meeting of the membership on the 1st Saturday of May. This meeting is directed by the By-Laws and is required by law in order to fulfil the requirements of corporations. Members and guests are asked to be respectful of others while in attendence. If WiFi or Cellular service are sufficient, the audio of the meetings will be hosted virtually. In years past there has not been service to virtually host the meeting, please plan on attending in person.
If you are not able to attend, KCWSC asks that you assign a proxy to represent you at the meeting OR complete and return the mail-in ballot.
The 2025 Annual Membership Meeting Minutes, which have not been approved by the membership, have been uploaded to the website (see below). The Membership will review and approve these minutes at the 2026 Annual Membership Meeting.
2026 Dates
- March 13th: Board Applications due
- March 18th: Canidates are confirmed
- April 2nd: Meeting packets are mailed out
- April 4th: Voting roster (membership list) is available for review
- April 29th: Meeting Notification posted
- May 1st: Deadline to accept mail-in ballots
- May 2nd: Annual Meeting
