KCWSC holds its annual meeting of the membership on the 1st Saturday of May. This meeting is directed by the By-Laws and is required by law in order to fulfil the requirements of corporations. Meetings will be conducted with the applicable C.D.C., State and local COVID-19 guidelines. Members and guests are asked to be respectful of others while in attendence. As an option, the audio of the meetings will be hosted virtually for those who do not wish or cannot attend in person.
If you are not able to attend, KCWSC asks that you assign a proxy to represent you at the meeting OR complete and return the mail-in ballot.
The 2023 Annual Membership Meeting Minutes, which have not been approved by the membership, have been uploaded to the website (see below). The Membership will review and approve these minutes at the 2024 Annual Membership Meeting.
2024 Dates
- March 15th: Board Applications due
- March 20th: Canidates are confirmed
- April 4th: Meeting packets are mailed out
- April 6th: Voting roster (membership list) is available for review
- May 3rd: Deadline to accept mail-in ballots
- May 4th: Annual Meeting
