Rate Increase - Effective April 20th, 2025

The decision to raise rates was made only after careful consideration of all financial factors and with the goal of preserving the long-term health and operation of the water system. We understand that no one wants to see rates go up, and we do not take this decision lightly. However, we are committed to keeping your water system safe, reliable, and compliant with all necessary regulations, while continuing to provide high-quality service at the best possible value.

The 1st one-thousand gallons of water will remain included in the base rate.
Examples:
- Customers who use less than 1,000 gallons currently pay $43.22 per bill. After the rate increase, their bill will be $55.28.
- If you use 2,950 gallons, your bill is currently $49.25. After the new rates take effect, it will increase to $63.32.
- If you use 5,100 gallons, your bill is currently $60.30. After the new rates take effect, it will increase to $77.39.
- If you use 9,001 gallons, your bill is currently $73.87. After the new rates take effect, it will increase to $99.50.
