Welcome to the King Creek Water Supply Corporation Community. We are a member-owned non-profit corporation which is governed by an elected board of directors and operates under the jurisdiction of the State of Texas.
Land/Property owners - KCWSC provides its service to you upon becoming a member (or transfer of a membership) and completing the Water Service Agreement. You have the right to be a member of KCWSC, however if you choose not to become a member of KCWSC you will not be provided with water service nor be able to participate in KCWSC business. It is extremely important that you have your membership registered within the Corporation!
Renters - You cannot become members of KCWSC therefore are not eligible to vote in any KCWSC business. Water service is provided to owner, however as a renter you must abide by the terms of the Water Service Agreement.
