King Cree WSC is a member-owned non-profit water supply corporation encorporated in and governed by the State of Texas (Water Code Chapter 49 and Water Code Chapter 67) with oversight from the agencies of the Texas Public Utility Commission (https://www.puc.texas.gov/) and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (https://www.tceq.texas.gov/). Furthermore, KCWSC is operated and managed according to its Bylaws, Tariff, and policies.
